Firewall Supplement
This document provides information to help you understand, get started, and utilize preset firewall security settings using a custom, simplified command (set_fwlevel). It also provides a basic overview of the iptables command-line utility:
(NOTE: The Linux Virtual Private Server software firewall feature is tuned for typical Website behavior. It does not take into account the kind of activity that performance testing prompts. In fact, if you have recently run performance tests of your Linux VPS account with the software firewall feature enabled, you might see results indicating sluggish performance.
